To equip more Talismans, you need the Talisman Pouch key item. You can collect three such pouches, but you won’t be able to expand your Talisman slots beyond four. You’re likely to collect all of the Talisman Pouches during your playthrough simply by completing specific objectives, and we’ll cover everything you need to know about Talisman Pouches in this guide.

How to Get More Talisman Pouches in Elden Ring
There are three additional Talisman Pouches available in your first playthrough of Elden Ring. Two of them are technically impossible to miss, as they’re awards for defeating specific bosses.
If you never defeat these bosses for whatever reason, you’ll never get the Talisman Pouches, but as they’re both essential to completing the story, the only way to miss them is to not progress past specific points.
Here are the locations of the three Talisman Pouch key items:
Defeat Margit, the Fell Omen, or Morgott, Omen King. Most players will get this Pouch on their first playthrough, as Margit is almost always the first boss they encounter. However, given the freedom and sometimes forced open-world exploration Elden Ring allows, he is entirely missable. Morgott, the Lord of Leyndell, Royal Capital, is required to progress the story, and his power seals specific doors and entranceways throughout the world. Speak to Finger Reader Enia After Collecting Two Great Runes. No matter which shardbearing demigods you face, barring Morgott, once you collect two Great Runes, return to Enia at the Roundtable Hold. She’ll congratulate you on your efforts and award you with another Talisman Pouch. Should you not visit her before her death following the Maliketh fight, you’ll find the Pouch you get from her at the Twin Maiden Husks.
Defeat Godfrey, First Elden Lord. Just before the fight within Morgott in Leyndell, you’ll fight a phantom of Godfrey, the First Elden Lord. Overcoming this challenge awards the third and final Talisman Pouch, provided you received the second one from Enia or the Twin Maiden Husks.
