When does the El Dorado furniture warranty start?

Also if the product is damaged due to wear and tear, or other things like scratches, damage by pets, bad cleaning, abusive use, and other severe damages that are not natural occurrences based on the context of furniture and mattress, in such cases, the warranty is not applicable.
